A meeting in memory of liberal politician Boris Nemtsov, shot in the night of Feb. 27 300 feet from the Kremlin, is to start at 1pm today, Feb. 27, in the park on ulitsa Leningradskaya in Murmansk. 30 to 150 persons are expected to attend. The meeting has been approved by city authorities.
