Foreign embassies in Murmansk — 1 Comment

  1. This article is somewhat misleading.
Norway has since 1993 a General Consulate in Murmansk, which is also an Honorary Consulate for Sweden. In addition, they receive visa applications on behalf of the Netherlands.
The contact info given above for the Netherlands above, is for the Norwegian Consulate, and is correct, except that the opening times are Monday to Friday 9 – 16.
Here is their website (in Russian):

Norway also has an Honorary consulate in Arkhangelsk and a General consulate in St. Petersburg, besides the embassy in Moscow.
