Took a group of four Italian travellers to Lovozero and then to Murmansk.
On the way to Lovozero we passed through the famous barren lands of Monchegorsk, a product of the North Nickel plant.
Lovozero itself turned pretty much to be a ghost town. Not even a café open on Saturday! But we’ve stumbling into a “Saami village museum”, which sort of saved the day.
Put a few shiny coins in front of one of these idols, touch it, and whatever you need will come.
